Our Latest Prayer Requests

-Please pray for our teammates, the Huckabys, as Tricia just left Zambia today to go back to the States to be with her dad, who is dying of cancer. Their son also went back with her today as well. Kelly and their two daughters hope to join them in a couple of weeks. You can find out more at their blog. 

-Please pray for wisdom and knowledge as we develop new CROSS Project curriculum on topics such as, Marriage and Family, Domestic Abuse, 9 Marks of a Healthy Church, What is a Healthy Church Member?, Suffering and the Sovereignty of God, Dying Well, and others.

-Please pray for a CROSS Project group that we just provided HIV testing for. Pray that Jesus would be their hope and treasure and that God would give them wisdom as they think about their future and the their family’s future. 

-Please pray for Andy and Beth Rice, who will soon be joining our team to work with the ACTION Pastor’s College. They hope to be here in early May. Pray for the remainder of their support to come in and for grace and strength as they say their goodbyes and get all packed to come to Zambia. 

-Pray for unity, endurance, hope, and joy in Jesus for the ACTION Zambia team and sweet times in the Word each day. 

– Please continue to pray for the Ciyanjano Christian Campgrounds staff that we’re training every Wednesday morning. Pray also for Chipata Church of the Nazarene (Monday afternoons) and Misisi Church of the Nazarene (Thursday afternoons) as they go through the CROSS Project. Pray that God would awaken their hearts to taste and see the beauty of God’s sovereign goodness even in HIV/AIDS and domestic abuse; that they would apply the Bible to their own lives and families; that they would go out into their local communities, taking what they have learned, and share the gospel, minister to physical and spiritual needs, and train others.

-Pray that God would pour out His grace on the Zambian Church and that it would glorify God in how it relates to HIV/AIDS and domestic abuse.

-Pray for more money to come in for Bibles that we give out to those who we train in the C.R.O.S.S. Project. One Bible costs between $8-$10, depending on what language it is in.
