True Security

Things that bring me a false sense of security here in Zambia:

  • Money in our savings account
  • Home with doors that lock
  • Electrified concrete wall around our house
  • Food in our pantry
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Faithful, strong husband
  • Education
  • American passport
  • Good health insurance
  • History of peace and stability in Zambia

True security is:

“I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.” Psalm 121:1-2, ESV
